This is Dead Horse Ranch State Park.  It overlooks Cottonwood, AZ.

It was a very hot day and night with little to no shade.  I was able to see tons of stars, some jackrabbits and cacti though!

I had a few beers left over from Vegas, so I thought I had better drink em up with some soup before all the ice melted.
